The focus of Self Care Week this year is ‘Mind and Body.’

The week is a great oppotunity to take some time to focus on how you are feeling in mind and body. Do you feel well? Are you able to get the most out of life?

It could be time to take control of your health by making some changes to your diet or booking for those winter vaccines.

It may be a chance for you to take some time out and look after your wellbeing. Maybe wrap up and get outside for a winter walk or create a relaxing evening routine to ensure a good night’s sleep.
